DU Admission Photo and Signature Size Maker

Delhi University undergraduate admission has a catch many applicants miss: your photo and signature are taken straight from your CUET application and cannot be re-uploaded on the DU CSAS portal. If they are wrong, the place to fix them is the CUET form, not DU.

Output is JPG, resized to your pixels and kept at or under the max KB. If a minimum is set, the file is padded up to it. Always confirm the exact rules in the official notification.

How DU handles your photo

Delhi University admits undergraduates through your CUET score and then the Common Seat Allocation System, the CSAS portal, where you fill college and course preferences. Your name, photo, and signature are pulled in from CUET and are non-editable at this stage.

Because they come from CUET, the binding spec is the CUET one: a photo of 10 to 200 KB and a signature of 10 to 50 KB, both JPG on a white background. So the real moment to size them correctly is when you fill the CUET application, before DU ever sees them.

Secondary sources sometimes quote a separate DU photo size, but the official flow auto-integrates the CUET images. Confirm the figures in the current CUET bulletin and DU admission brochure.

Fix the photo at the right stage

If your CUET photo or signature is wrong, correct it on the CUET form, since CSAS will not let you change it. Resize the photo to a passport shape and compress to a KB size so it fits 10 to 200 KB, and size the signature to 10 to 50 KB.

At the CSAS stage itself you upload documents like your Class 10 and 12 marksheets and any category certificate, which is separate from the photo. Keep those scans clear and within the sizes the portal lists.

If an image lands under its floor, increase a too-small file to clear it. The tool resizes and compresses only and cannot change the background.
