IPU Admission Photo and Signature Size Maker
GGSIPU admission asks for one upload that catches people out: alongside the photo and signature, you also need a left thumb impression. Miss it, or get the sizes wrong, and the IPU registration can be cancelled.

Three images, not two
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, IPU, now admits most programmes through CUET, after which you complete admission registration and counselling on the IPU portal. That registration is where you upload the images.
It needs three: a photograph, a signature, and a left thumb impression. These are commonly cited as JPG files under about 80 KB each, though some sources say up to 100 KB, on a white background with the face about seventy-five percent of the frame, no cap or goggles.

Pixel sizes are not published and the KB figure varies between sources, so follow the limits on the current IPU admission brochure and portal.
Prepare all three files
Take each image in turn and resize it to the right shape, then compress to a KB size so it fits under the cap. The photo wants a recent front-facing shot, while the signature and thumb impression go on white paper in black or blue ink.
Press the left thumb cleanly so the impression is not smudged, and keep the photo taken on or after the first of January of the admission year, as the brochure requires. Spectacles are allowed, but caps and goggles are not.
If a file lands under its floor, increase a too-small file to clear it. The tool resizes and compresses only and cannot change the background.
