What a membership card carries

A membership card proves who someone is and that their membership is current. The essentials are the member's name and photo, the club or studio name and logo, a member number, and a valid-through date so staff can see at the desk whether the membership has lapsed. A plan or tier line, such as the membership level, is the field that tends to matter next.
