SBI Photo and Signature Size Maker
Like IBPS, the SBI recruitment form needs four uploads: a photo, a signature, a left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration. SBI's declaration has its own wording, including your date of birth, so do not copy an IBPS version word for word.

What the SBI form expects
The State Bank of India recruits its Probationary Officers and Junior Associates, the clerk cadre, through an online form with four image uploads. The pixel and KB sizes match the common banking standard.
The photo is about 200x230 pixels at 20 to 50 KB, the signature about 140x60 pixels at 10 to 20 KB, the left thumb impression about 240x240 pixels at 20 to 50 KB, and the handwritten declaration about 800x400 pixels at 50 to 100 KB, all JPG.

SBI's declaration text includes your name and date of birth and states that the signature, photograph, and thumb impression are yours. It must be written in English with a black pen and not in capital letters, or the form is rejected.
Prepare and size the four files
For each file, resize to its pixels and compress to a KB size so it sits in the right window. Upload each into its own slot, and keep the signature consistent, since SBI matches it at the exam.
Use a light background photo with no cap or dark glasses, sign with a black pen, and press the left thumb in black or blue ink. SBI also advises keeping several printed copies of the same photo for later stages, and avoiding mehandi or ink on your hands before the biometric.
If a file is under its minimum, increase a too-small file to clear the floor. The tool resizes and compresses only and cannot change a background.
