Haryana Police Photo and Signature Size Maker
Haryana Police constable recruitment runs through the HSSC under the common eligibility test system. The key thing to know is that your photo and signature are uploaded once during a one-time registration and then reused across every Haryana government job you apply for, with the test score valid for three years.

What HSSC and the CET ask for
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission, the HSSC, recruits police constables through its common eligibility test. You complete a one-time registration first, uploading the photo and signature there, and they are pulled into each job application automatically.
A photo of about 3.5 by 4.5 cm at a file size near 10 to 50 KB and a signature near 10 to 20 KB are commonly cited, both as JPG on a plain white or light background. The photo should be recent, within about six months, with the face clear.

Signature dimensions are cited as either 3.5 by 1.5 cm or 4 by 2 cm depending on the source, so follow the figure on the registration page. Pixel sizes are not officially fixed.
Size files for the one-time registration
Because the registration reuses these files everywhere, get them right once. Resize the photo to a passport shape and compress to a KB size so it fits 10 to 50 KB, then size the signature to its smaller window.
Sign in black ink on white paper in running hand, and keep the photo on a plain background with no cap or dark glasses. The same files will serve your next Haryana application, so a clean version saves repeating the work.
If a file lands under its floor, increase a too-small file to clear it. The tool resizes and compresses only and cannot change the background.
