RPSC Photo and Signature Size Maker

RPSC applications go through the Rajasthan SSO portal, and the official instructions are specific about both the photo and the signature, down to pixel ranges and a signature box you draw by hand. Miss them and the RAS or teacher form refuses the upload.

Output is JPG, resized to your pixels and kept at or under the max KB. If a minimum is set, the file is padded up to it. Always confirm the exact rules in the official notification.

The official RPSC spec

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission runs the RAS state services exam, assistant professor and school lecturer posts, sub inspector recruitment, and more. You log in through the Rajasthan SSO portal, then reach the recruitment section using a one-time registration.

The official instructions ask for a photo of 3.5 by 4.5 cm, between 240x320 and 480x640 pixels, at 50 to 100 KB, saved as JPEG. The face should fill at least half the frame, with no sunglasses and no flash glare on spectacles, in a recent colour photo.

RPSC Photo and Signature Size Maker

The signature is drawn inside a 7 by 2 cm box on white paper, scanned to between 280x80 and 560x160 pixels at 20 to 50 KB. Even with official figures, check the instruction sheet in your specific notification, as limits can change per cycle.

Match the spec without guessing

Set the photo to the pixel range first, then the file size. Resize to exact pixels to land inside 240x320 to 480x640, then compress to a KB size so it sits between 50 and 100 KB.

Scan the signature rather than photographing it. RPSC does not accept a signature snapped with a phone, so sign inside the box in black or dark blue pen, scan it, then resize and compress it to its smaller numbers.

Your uploaded signature must match the one you give at the exam, or you risk disqualification. The tool changes size only, so use a plain white background in the photo from the start.
