TSPSC and TGPSC Photo and Signature Size Maker

Telangana renamed TSPSC to TGPSC, but the commission and its photo rules are the same. You upload the photo and signature once during the one-time registration, and they are reused across every Group exam and hall ticket, so a wrong file follows you everywhere.

Output is JPG, resized to your pixels and kept at or under the max KB. If a minimum is set, the file is padded up to it. Always confirm the exact rules in the official notification.

One upload, used everywhere

The Telangana State Public Service Commission, recently restyled TGPSC, runs the Group I, II, III, and IV exams and various departmental recruitments. Every application now goes through a one-time registration, or OTR, on the TSPSC or TGPSC portal.

The OTR sets a photo of about 3.5 by 4.5 cm at a file size of 4 to 50 KB and a signature of about 3.5 by 1.5 cm at 1 to 30 KB, accepted as JPG, JPEG, or PNG. The portal also expects a recent photo with no cap or goggles, though spectacles are allowed.

Because the OTR photo is reused across all your applications and hall tickets, an error spreads to every exam, so it is worth getting right once. The official sample also shows the name and photo date printed on the image, so check whether your cycle needs that.

Size it once, cleanly

Prepare a clear front-facing photo, then resize to a passport shape and compress to a KB size so it lands in the 4 to 50 KB window. Run the signature through the same steps to reach 1 to 30 KB.

Since the OTR accepts PNG as well as JPG, you have a little flexibility on format, but JPG is the safe default and the compress tool outputs it. Avoid a Polaroid, which is not accepted.

If your signature comes out under the very low minimum, increase a too-small file to clear the floor. The tool resizes and compresses only and cannot change the background.
